We offer nutritious and unadulterated food products like indian pickles, indian spices, fruit jam, organic black tea, organic green tea, organic black coffee, organic tea and many more which are safe to consume. They are cultivated through organic farming in which bio pesticides and bio fertilizers are used in the farm land. Moreover, our offered products are free from chemicals and are tastier. Our Organic Coffees like Organic Black Coffee are available as 'beans', 'ground' or
'roasted', as per specifications from premium grade Arabica or Robusta Beans. | ||||||||

In ou food product range, a hot garlic flavoured organic indian pickle containing whole garlic
cloves without any synthetic preservatives, cut mango pickles, goosbery pickle,
mixed vegetable pickles, lemon pickle, sour pickles, sweet pickle and sour & sweet pickle, are available in 300 gm lug cap bottles. | ||||||||

Our food products range of jam is available with delicate and aromatic organic pipeapple jam, banana jam, mango jam, jackfruit jam, papaya jam, guava jam, mangostein jam and mixed fruit jams are
available in 200 gm lug cap bottles. The processing stages are strictly
followed HACCP, NOP, EU and NPOP standards. | ||||||||

Only organic Indian curry mix
processed as per HACCP, standards and it
is a blended spice powders. The spices are procured from organically certified plantations
in south India.
Our range of only
organic curry mix is as following: To prepare fish masala Marinate fish pieces in little salt and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes. Heat ¼ cup of coconut oil or any cooking oil. Fry sliced onion till golden brown, sauté ginger garlic paste, and green chilly. Add tomatoes and sauté well. Mix with 4 Tb s “Only Organic fish Masala”. Add 2 cups of water. Put fish pieces gently. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add coconut and cashew paste. Garnish with mint leaves and serve. Sambhar Mix Cook Toor dal & Onion Pieces in 1 Litre Water & one tsp of oil, Cook vegetables in a little water & salt. Mix with cooked dal. Extract tamarind juice. Add 4 Tbs Only organic Sambar Masala with Tamarind juice. Mix well. Pour in to cooked ingredients, and allow to boil for 8 minutes. 1 tsb jaggery, Cracle mustard & curry leaves, add to Sambar. Chicken Masala Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, crackle mustard and curry leaves. Add chopped onions and slitted green chillies. Saute well. Add chopped formatoes and sauté till oil separates. Mix 5 Tb spoon Only Organic Chicken Masala powder with * Chicken pieces and salt. Add 2 cups of water and allow to boil. Cook in a medium flame. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, Garnish with Coriander leaves, Meat Masala Crackle few mustard & curry leaves in 2 Tbs of oil. Put sliced onions & fry till golden brown. Add crushed Ginger & Garlicpaste, sauté well. Add 2 ½ Tbs of Only Organic Meat Masala & Meat Pieces, add Salt to taste. Saute well for 3 minutes. Cover & pressure cook for 20 minutes in a medium flame. Open & fry the meat till the water evaporates. | ||||||||

Organic Cloves grown in Kerala contain 14 to 20 percent volatile oil
having ASTA specification, are the aromatic dried flower buds of the tree
belonging to the family Myrtaceae. It is mainly used as an ingredient of a
variety of food specialties, beverages, medicines, cosmetics, perfumery and
toiletries. Oil of cloves is a natural analgesic and antiseptic used primarily
in dentistry. | ||||||||

Organic Cardamom is collected from high ranges of Kerala of variety
Alleppey Green Bold' (AGB) having superior flavor and 3% volatile oil which is
an essential factor in food products and in preparation of certain medicines. | ||||||||

The Forastero variety of cocoa beans are collected from organic
certified farms of Kerala (Indian origin) having more flavor.
Our cocoa beans are well fermented, graded,
cleaned and comply with the Grade I Standard of ICCO, SMC 1 A of Malaysian
cocoa Board and also with US FDA standards. | ||||||||

The raw cahsewnuts are carefully selected and collected directly
from the organic certified projects of small farmers of Kerala with a premium
to market price. Organic dried cashew grades are available of W -180, W - 210
, W - 240 , W - 320, W - 400 and W – 450. Dried Cashew nuts are an excellent source of protein and fiber. Excellent quantity of mono-unsaturated fat in the cashew nut makes them an important food which helps in protecting the heart. It also acts as a good source of potassium, B vitamins and magnesium, phosphorous, selenium and copper. | ||||||||
