Polymer Processing Aid commonly known as PPA is a Fluoro Polymer based processing additive designed to give benefits in extrusion or blow moulding process.

It eleminates melt fracture/ Shark skin effect durin production of LLDPE rich blemds or 100 % LLDPE films, Drip laterals on narrow die.

These masterbatches are based on Highly Pure Antistatic Agent (Stearate Type)

They prevent the static charge built up during the processing and end use of polyethelyne products. It also stabilises PE foam.  

Applications include PE Films, Moulded Articles, PE Foam.

Antioxidants MBs are Highly pure precipitated silica aditive.

These MBs reduce blocking tendency of two film surfaces in contact with each other.

Typical applications are LDPE, LLDPE FILMS and EVA Films.

These Masterbatches are based on combination of Primary & Secondary Antioxidants.

The carrier resin is PE: Also available in PP

Addition of this MB prevents degradation of Plastics during processing and/or exposure to atmospheric oxidation.

Applications are as follows:

LDPE. LLDPE, HMHDPE, HDPE Films, Pipes, Rotomoulded Tanks, Blow Moulded Containers, Etc. For Processing of Plastics. D 48 / 10 / 013 For Dot / Telecom Duct.

 The masterbatches contain Third Generation Sorbitol derivative nucleating agents.

Nucleating agent enhances the clarity of Polypropylene products.

The applications include Polypropylene based end products such as disposable syringes, films, continers, buckets, jugs, bottles etc.

Optical brightner Masterbatches are characterised by higly concentrated brightner chemicals.

Optical brightners absorb light from lower frequency range of normal visible spectrum and reflects back with a bluish tinge thereby suppressing yellowness index of base polymer. Hence the product gets a glossy surface appearance.

 These Masterbatches consist of Highly pure Erucamide Slip Additive.

The use of MB reduces Coefficient of Friction making the film surface very smooth.

The Applications include LDPE, LLDPE films on FFS machine.
