Our unit has well equipped facilities for Manufacturing, Designing & Product Development Quality Control, Packaging and Warehousing that are managed by experienced professionals.


Our infrastructural set-up can be categorized as below:

  • Manufacturing Division: Our manufacturing division is housed with latest Injection Moulding Machines with the capacity ranging from 50-800 tonnes, . which are capable of moulding the plastic components from a unit gram to almost 5000 grams. These machines are capable of processing all types of Thermoplastic Raw Material such as Polypropylene (PP), ABS, PVC, Engineering Plastics such as Nylon, Delrin (POM), Polycarbonate (PC), PBT, RTP, and specially formulated & imported raw material including Fibre Reinforced Plastics.
  • Designing & Product Development Unit: At our facility, we emphasize on the product design and development. We have developed a computerized designing facility, wherein, the moulds are designed using Computer Aided Designing (CAD) technology. This division is also furnished with imported CNC machines and EDM systems that enable us to prepare 3D models of plastic moulds
  • Tool Room Facility: To reduce breakdown periods during trouble shooting operations, we are also empowered with an advance tool room facility, which helps us in the assembling and maintenance of the components. This unit is furnished with imported CNC machines, EDM machines as well as experienced technicians, operators and programmers to provide assistance in the product development, production process, maintenance, and repair of different types of machines outfitted in the manufacturing unit

Research and Development

To carry out extensive research in our discipline, we also have in-house facility for Research and Development Unit that is equipped with latest testing equipment, experienced personnel and requisite facilities. Our dedicated researchers work tirelessly to monitor the emerging trends in the industry, especially in the arena of technology.
