We, “Plasto Wheel Udyog (India)”, established ourselves in the year 1967 at Gurgaon (Haryana, India) and since then, we have been engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Industrial Caster Wheels. Our range includes Medical/Surgical Castors, Institution Castors, Medium Light Duty Castors, Trolley Wheels/ Bounded Wheels, Spare Wheels and Twin Wheels. Our customers can buy from us all kinds of DB Castors, Puff Castor, Ball Castors, Spare Zen Wheels, Forging Wheels, Pu Wheels, P. U. Wheel Castors, Surgical Wheel, Nylon Body Castors and many others. Our range of caster wheels are fabricated using high grade rubber, sheet metal and plastic, because of which these are appreciated by our customers across the country. Owing to their high tolerance, excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistant finish, the demand for these casters has increased by many folds. Our Infrastructural Facilities
We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure, which is segregated into different units, each of which is entirely dedicated to single operation. An in-house design unit, quality control unit, manufacturing unit and storage unit are a part of our infrastructure. In our design unit, we use CAD/CAM software, which enables us to come up with extraordinary designs and development procedures. Further, our manufacturing unit sprawls over an area of 300 square yards and is equipped with the latest and the most modern machines and tools. Injection molding, Power press, Rubber hydraulic and Plastic hydraulic are some of the machines that we have installed at our unit. Apart from this, our capacious warehouse helps us to keep a track of our inventory, thereby, preventing it from all kinds of damages till they are dispatched to the customers end.
Further, we regularly lubricate and oil our machines to as to increase their efficiency and to ensure hassle free production. |
