RoboPlazma Fixed Cantilever

This is a unique space saving compact configuration for medium size jobs. The anti-vibration structure of Roboplazma ensures a clean smooth cut. The RoboPlazma Fixed Cantilever design enables the mounting column to be in the shadow area of an overhead crane or in-between factory columns.

Robo Plazma Moving Cantilever

We provide complete solution for job or plate work, which is extremely easy with the use of robo plazma moving cantilever. The cutting envelope of the unique cantilever design is 3 mtrs. Wide with 30 mtrs long and 1. 5 mtrs. Height excellent for nested cutting application. With the use of patented plazma roboswift software, a new 3D or 2D job can be easily performed. The cantilever is useful for the following:

weld edge preparation
circular contour beveling
single or double ‘v’ with root
ibeams, 3D profiles
pipe cutting and cutting of fabricated assemblies

Apart from this, multiple operations like coping, slots, nozzle openings, concentric holes notches and angular cutting can also be performed in a single set up. The cut is precise due to 3D orientation in a fabricated assembly like pressure vessels with ease.

Plazma Marking

Roboplazma marking power source eliminates use of an additional job marking station. The plasma marking operation is fully integrated wth offline "Roboswift" software with an automated parameter setting. The same Plazma torch can be used for marking without changing consumables.
