CNC Plazma Machine

As a part of Plazma Cutting solutions we also supply Plazma CNC Machine for 2D Nested profile cutting application. This system comes in width of 4M, 6M and 8M; to cover entire range of plate sizes from plate width of 3M to 6M. Length can be increased by adding Y-Axis modules up to any length required. The machine is designed for high reliability and rigidity at highly competitive rates. The system has been provided with Auto torch height controller through Arc voltage Sensning and touch sensing for piercing point.

Template Profiler

Plazma's rugged, robust water cooled torch mounted on a simple magnetic template profiler is capable of cutting wide range of profiles. For example at a customer, an extremely thin ring (12mm thick x 20mm wide) is cut at 4 different places with job repeatability of +/- 0. 5mm in continuous production with very low heat distortion.

The amazing part is that it is done on a template profiler, 3 shifts a day every day for several years!
