Rationale:
We perceive Real Estate development as a noble line of business. A diligent developer has to study the needs of the market, plan around it and then work with the local administrators and other value creators to build a new development. The developer has to have vision of the new development, which is his/her sole motivator and objective. The developer then brings all value creators together and conducts a development exercise which works in tandem with the local administration to add value to the urban community. Mr. Shivkumar C. Achharya, aged 57 years, is a visionary businessman who has worked successfully in the field of finance and investments for the past 40+ years. Mr. Achharya made an entry in real estate industry in the late 1980s. He is a committed, soft spoken and articulate gentleman known for his business acumen and eye for making good investments. He is well known in the finance/investment and developers circle of Mumbai city. His strong belief in providing quality and value at better return on investment has resulted in the formation of PLLATINUM Group.

Mr. Sanjay S. Achharya, aged 36 years, is a diligent entrepreneur who has worked in the field of engineering, finance and investments for the past 12 years. He earned his MBA (Finance) degree from Pace University, New York and his Bachelors in Engineering degree from Mumbai University. He has also passed CFA Level II exams. He is a team player to the core and has worked with investment banks such as J.P. Morgan and Lehman Brothers. He later joined ICI group of companies as a commercial analyst and went on to become a global finance manager with the Company. He came back to India in 2006 to join and expand the family business and provide support to drive the Company scale new heights into the future. He is a principled, hard working and committed individual with strong beliefs in providing the finest quality to the point of perfection and highest level of service to the customers. He has a passion for providing creative, innovative and high technology solutions to improve the quality of life of the customers. His vision is to grow and establish the name of the Company/Group as one of the best brands among the real estate development companies in India.

Mr. Rajesh S. Achharya, aged 30 years, is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who has worked in the field of finance and real estate development for the past 12 years. He earned his Bachelors in Commerce degree from Mumbai University. He has assisted his father in laying the foundation stone of this Company/Group by implementing projects at early age in life. He is a hands-on person known for his commitment to value and streamlined / timely execution of the projects. With strong core values and understanding of current and ever changing business environment and cycles, his insights bring immense value to the Company/Group. His vision is to grow and establish the name of the Company/Group as one of the best and premium brands among the real estate development companies in India.
