Ravindra P Sharma entered the world of Hospitality & Food in 1972 at IHMCN-Pusa, New Delhi. Training followed by a brief stint with hotels, switched to aviation catering & hospitality. Robustly contributing and establishing in flight kitchens and airline business for nearly three decades to date maintains the attitude of a learner, presently tuning to the role of a facilitator in fields of Quality, Safety and Hazard Management.
He has all-embracing strengths in Catering & Hospitality, Food Quality & Safety Management. He has been closely associated with vendor as well as new product developments and relates. Skills & experience in hazard identification and risk-analysis, establishing food safety management through stages of food from Farm to Fork. He has been ever active in development of optimized systems, procedures, machinery and techniques for enhanced productivity, efficient resource utilization, their application for standardization and benchmarking of product and services.
Initiatives in cost containment with Lufthansa German Airlines have earned him rich accolades. Piyush Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer, having worked on TQM concepts in Indian Industry for more than 16 years at very senior positions. He is a Lead assessor of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and a Lead auditor of QS 9000. He has experience in successfully implementing TS 16949 & QS 9000 in auto ancillary units and has distinct achievement of establishing systems for ZERO DEFECT supplies to General Motors Corp. (USA).
His approach on systematic problem solving as a skilled Auditor and as a Team Player has earned him wide recognitions throughout the industry.
