PMI Agitated vessels is engineered and custom built with best-quality. It consists of a cylindrical shell with welded distend end at top and bottom either a flanged and bolted distend end depending on process/customers requirements. An agitator of unique design is provided inside the vessels as per process/application. The rpm varying from 05 rpm to 1440 rpm. The vessels with heating and cooling arrangement totally enclosed with suitable agitator provided which works at different temperators and pressures. These agitated vessels are also designed for holding air, gases, liquid under pressures in various capacities ranging from 10 Litres to 5000 Litres. These agitated vessel are manufactured to suit the products. Material of construction for agitated vessel are in carbon steel, stainless steel of rubber lined.

PMI Drying System helps in energys avings, low labour deployment, uniform quality products, low space requirement and minimal dusting due to negative pressures in the system during drying. We are manufacturing various types of dryers:
Spray Dryers:- PMI spray dryer in standardized and special designed in drying as per customers requirement (specifications). It is basically designed for evaporate liquid contents from product by using hot air.

Spin Flash Dryer:- PMI Spin Flash Dryer is a continuous bulk drying system which helps in uniform quality products, energy savings, low labour deployment, low space requirement and minimal dusting due to negative pressures in the system during drying. The design of the spin flash drying system depends, inter dia, upon product characteristics, capacity & other specific application requirement. Consequently every system is custom designed.

• Dust free operation, because it operates under negative pressure.
• Dries wet cake
• An extremely energy efficient continuous drying system, the efficiency being in the region of 60-80 percent.
• Occupies lesses space compared to spray dryer or pneumatic flash dryer
