We have a host of machinery and tools to maintain international standards in the Products manufactured at our factory such as CNC Lathes, Milling machine, Radial drilling, shaping machines and standard workshop machines including deburring machines, surface grinders, lapping machines, assist in carrying out repairs and manufacturing if required certain spares.
Normal measuring instruments viz. Micrometer screw gauges, Vernier Calipers go-no-go gauges etc. a surf analyzer equipment to measure the surface finish in microns is used to measure the micron finish to components such as valve seat plates, guide holders etc.
Inspection Procedure
Raw Material namely M.S./E.N. material, Non-ferrous material is purchased from reputed / manufactures with whom we have been dealing since 25 years now. When material is received at our factory premises, inspection is carried out by either 100% screening or lot by lot inspection. Limited gauges, go-no-go-gauges, air gauges, micrometer, vernier caliper and hardness testers are generally in use with us to maintain a high quality of inspection. During manufactures, dimensional accuracy and interstage inspection is also carried out for every components.
General functions of quality control include the following :-
1)Only the product of standard and uniform quality are allowed to be accepted
2)To reject the defective goods so that the products of poor quality may not reach our valued clients.
3)To correct the rejected goods, if it is possible.
Finally the goods accepted are sent to the stores for necessary storage purpose and indenting purpose.
