The bush pressing machine drives a bush into the bracket of starter motors. These bushes are driven by a hydraulic cylinder. Our machine is highly effective and is extremely user friendly. The process is as below:

• During assembly a load cell monitor the load and checks is against the specified limits
  
• In case the actual load falls out of range either low or high an alarm is activated and the operations halted
  
• An lvdt is also incorporated to check the depth after pressing operations and controlled by a PLC.

We have designed these for the pre-stretching of agriculture chains immediately after assembly. The chains are fed into the equipment by pulling through sprockets before dispatch. The operations of the equipment are controlled through a plc. We offer our clients with customized solutions to ensure their complete satisfaction.

The isotopes are a useful base medicine for treatment of cancer patients.This is prepared inside an SS box, shielded all around by 6” thick lead walls. It comprises of the following parts:

X drive is a single-axis servo slide carrying the inspection system for inspection of coolant channels on reactors.Owing to our expertise, we can offer our clients with machines having customized specifications as per their requirements.The specifications are as follow:

It is used for checking the performance of the oil pumps used on the truck engines for the circulation of engine oil. These are blocks attached to the engine block and are loaded on a locator which is held with studs. The requirement has two stations will locator for the pumps. It helps to load a new Pump on the other station while test on other station is going on. It is fast so that it can be ready for test once the test at the other station gets over so that productivity is enhanced. The operation is controlled by a plc.
