SPM Machines

The final stage in the assembly of automotive shock absorbers, the machine was designed to close and seal the shock absorber outer tube. These are being made of high quality raw material by using various sophisticated machines. The machine’s operations are controlled by a plc.

The combination of wheel cylinder and back plate is critical in the automotive brake system and are held together with 2 or 4 screws depending on the model. The machine drives the screws with electrical servo nut runner. Our machines have the ability of handling about 7 varieties of components. The change over includes replacement of quick-change stoppers location and selection of the variety on the hmi. The sensors are used for sensing availability of components and operations are controlled by plc.

We supply the collar height setting SPM to clients engaged in manufacturing automotive brake systems as it forms part of the assembly line. It is used for running of 2ms of nuts on 2 studs in the brake assembly to pre-programmed positions.The machine comprises of rotary table with 4 stations out of which, 2 stations carry locators for the brake assembly and other two carry setting masters.

The thro bolt assembly SPM forms part of the assembly line for production of alteration and carries out the driving of 4 bolts on the assembly. The operation of these machines is controlled by a plc. These are being widely appreciated by our clients in the domestic and international market.

Designed for pressing diodes on heat sinks hydraulically, our heat sink diode assembly spm is being widely appreciated by our esteemed clients. There are two types of diodes viz positive as well as negative and the heat sinks also differ. We have installed an hmi to help operator in selecting variety of components angle of indexing, modes of operation etc. Moreover, the operations are controlled by a plc.
