We S.P.M. Engineers, are one of the thriving organizations engaged in manufacturing and supplying of sophisticated equipment for paper plants and cement plants. Established in the year 1980, we have successfully handled and executed various projects involving conceptualizing as well as commissioning processes.

Adhering strictly to defined quality parameters, we develop equipment for cement and paper plants that perfectly meet operational needs of the respective unit. Some of the measures undertaken by us towards quality upgradation are as follows:

For tensile testing, test pieces are cast/forged integral with items.
Hardness Testing is carried out as per the defined rules
Measurements are done for dimensional and positional accuracies as per drawing and relevant standards.

Infrastructure

Sound infrastructure base enables us to successfully meet the machinery requirements of various cement and paper plants. We have a well-structured and fully equipped manufacturing unit that assists us to execute orders within specified time frame and at most reasonable cost.

We have a drafting workstation with in-house developed software that assist us in generating flow sheets, P&L diagrams and bill of materials with speed and accuracy. Furthermore, we have separate units for developing equipment for cement plant and paper plant.

Cement Division
SPM's Cement Division has proven track record of carrying out process engineering, machine design and manufacturing for 20 cement plants of various sizes.

Manufacturing abilities

We have one of the largest workshops in India spread over an area of 11,000 sq.ft.
Well equipped with all the machines required for manufacturing plant and machinery for cement plants upto size of 3000 TPD.

SPM has continuously modernized the shop facilities to maintain its reputation for precision and excellent quality.

Paper Division

We can offer paper & board machine ranging from 10 TPD to 100 TPD & Deckle up to 5.0 Mtr. Some of the machinery that we use in our production process are as follows:
