We are an `ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFIED COMPANY' manufacturing and exporting Cycle Rickshaw Tyres, Motorcycle Tyres including Bicycle, Moped, Scooter, Motor Bike and 3-Wheelers Tyres & Tubes since 1982. Our Brand `BEDROCK' was originally established in 1964 and enjoys excellent reputation and consumer preference because of high standards of product quality and durability. The Company is managed by a team of highly motivated professionals under the able guidance and leadership of its Directors. The manufacturing unit employs over 1,700 skilled work force and manufactures over 11 Million Tyres and 20 Million Tubes per annum. The most modern and sophisticated technology is used in the manufacturing process with accent on quality. `BEDROCK' Tyres & Tubes are manufactured using the latest Plant & Machinery and is famous for computer aided tread patterns, designed to have non-skidding characteristics, high abrasion resistance and long life. Our Tubes are the first preference of the consumers for their longer air retaining capacity.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Research & Development Department is equipped with the most modern computerised testing equipments, namely, `Rheometer' for analysing of Rubber Batches, `Computerised Tensile Testing Machine' for testing physical properties of Tyres & Tubes manufactured, `Abrasion Testing Machine' for testing life cycle of Tyres and all other normal laboratory equipments. The Company's total operations are ISO 9001:2000 certified by DNV Management System, a well renowned Certifying Agency. All the Tyres & Tubes manufactured by the Company pass through stringent quality control systems under Total Quality Management (TQM) concept to provide best quality products to the customers for their utmost satisfaction and value for money. The Company is an "EXPORT WORTHY UNIT" under "IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM" (IPQC) declared by Export Inspection Council, Government of India. The Company has the privilege to be the first in the country to accredit ISI QUALITY CERTIFICATIONS for Bicycle, Cycle Rickshaw Tyres & Tubes both.

MARKETING
¤ The Company markets its products under the Brand name `BEDROCK', which enjoys excellent reputation and first choice of consumers/ dealers/ distributors. We have 50 Sales Offices all over India and net work of over 9000 dealers. The domestic market share of the Company is around 11%.

¤ We have also been supplying Tyres & Tubes on regular basis to major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in India, namely, Hero Cycles Limited, Avon Cycles Limited and T.I. Cycles Limited.

¤ We have also been exporting ATB, MTB, BMX, Racing and all standard range of Cycle Tyres & Tubes to the Countries of South-Central America, African continent and Middle East since last one decade.

FUTURE PLANS
The immediate objective of the Company is to consolidate its position in the Export Market of Cycle Tyres and Tubes and increase its market share. We have developed a web enabled interface to interact with our clients in both the domestic as well as the overseas market.
