Michael Schrameyer has been appointed as new Managing Director of POLI-FILM GmbH effective October 1st, 2011. Michael Schrameyer is succeeding Martin Hummel, who will take over a new position within the POLI-FILM Group. The management team of POLI-FILM GmbH thus includes Christian Runkel (Controlling / Administration), Jens Kaufmann (Sales / Marketing) and Michael Schrameyer (Production / Technology).

On May 27th, 2010 POLI-FILM INDIA Pvt. Ltd. was officially inaugurated. POLI-FILM INDIA started to produce and convert surface protection films in Vasia near Mumbai. The team is lead by Anil Bal, who has got an experience of more than 20 years in the adhesive tape industries in India and abroad. The team is supported technically and commercially by the international team in order to offer cost competitive surface protection film solutions with consistant quality levels to our customers in India.

9 apprentices from POLI-FILM from the technical and commercial departments consider the participation at the exhibition ¿HanseOpen 2009" which took place from May 16th to 17th in Wipperf¿rth an interesting experience and very good success. During the exhibition the apprentices advised more than 60 interested visitors about following three topics: ¿Surface protection film technology and applications", ¿Education and training at POLI-FILM" and ¿The relevance of the environmetal management system ISO 14000 for POLI-FILM".
