We have mastered the skill of machining fluoro-polymers starting with PTFE(Teflon) and moving now to Peek(Commonly known by it's brand name - Victrex).

- Peek machining requires special tool selection and setting on our CNC turning centers and we are able to achieve tolerances as close as 0.02mm. Furthermore, the hardness of the material is such that special care must be taken on tooling and machine setting so as to achieve a final dimension without damaging the material.

- Peek is fast becoming one of the most widely used polymer components for metal replacement.
