Stock virgin, mechanical, glass-filled and bondable PTFE gasket material in thickness from 0.25mm to 6mm, in roll form from 150mm to 1200mm, and in sheet from 75 to 300 square cm. Billet quantities are available for the most economical pricing. Special widths can be sized to order in long rolls with close tolerances.
PTFE membranes from Poly Fluoro Ltd. are chemically stable and inert. Due to this property, they are a preferred choice in applications involving aggressive organic solvents, strong acids and alkalis. The hydrophobic nature of the membrane also has numerous applications for air and gas sterilization – especially in corrosive environments, where standard materials will tend to degrade and/or react with the surrounding chemicals. One of the major applications for Poly Fluoro PTFE membranes is the clarification of corrosives, solvents and aggressive fluids.
We manufacture these high quality PTFE Piston Bands that are extensively used in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. These latest technology products are designed to prevent equipment seizures that result from other forms of guidance material. The Piston Bands are known for offering extremely low friction and break-away forces. Suitable to be used in the temperature ranging up to 200°C, these products are resistant to all kinds of hydraulic fluids. PTFE with 40% Bronze filling is used to manufacture the bearing material that is designed to bear heavy loads. Owing to their physical properties and the use of PTFE lubricants, these Piston Bands are ideal to be used on rams or pistons in all kinds of reciprocating applications.
PTFE Plates are available from stock in thickness from 5mm to 50mm, and in standard square sizes. Special sizes can be made to order up to 150mm thick. Large diameter rings and billets can be made. PTFE can be filled with glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide, carbon and bronze to increase hardness and change its properties for applications like brake linings and bearing pads. Etched plates for bonding are available from stock.
Stocked in sizes from 0.3mm diameter up through all of the standard larger diameters. Ram extruded PTFE rods are available in all standard fills: glass fiber (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%), carbon, bronze and in different colors for fabricated product identification and safety.

When it comes to fabrication skills Poly Fluoro Ltd. has experience in moulding, machining, thermoforming, grinding, welding and finishing fluoropolymer products. Parts may be cut from stock shapes or they may be custom moulded and machined.
Poly Fluoro is capable of making custom machined Peek screws to suit all client requirements.
Our CNC-VMC machining facility allows us to make screws in both standard and non-standard dimensions and fine tune the dimensions to meet the client's exact requirements.

PTFE tapes and films are used in a wide variety of industries including heavy electricals, electronics (for circuit boards), pumps and valves. Poly Fluoro prides itself in being one of the few companies in India capable of achieving global standards of tolerance on skived tapes, sheets and films.
Stocked in thicknesses from 0.025mm to 6mm and in sheets of 75, 150, 250 and 300 square cm. It is available as virgin PTFE, mechanical grade PTFE, and can be filled with glass fiber or other materials to enhance certain properties, like hardness. All tape can be etched for bonding; etched material is stocked in standard sizes.
