B.A. from Cambridge Univeristy in History and Law. M.B.A. in Bussiness Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a Managing Director of the Company from 19^th August, 1986 and is now the Chairman & Managing Director from 1 February, 1995. He has over 43 years of experience in industry, management, implementation of projects etc. He has been associated with various Chambers of Commerce and was the President of Indian Merchants' Chamber. He has been associated with various charitable trusts and is Director Chairman of several Companies.

Project Officer in Polychem Limited from 1^st November, 1988, then as Project Executive from 1^st October, 1990 and as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from 2 July, 1993. He has been actively involved and looking after all aspects of various activities of the Company.He was appointed as a Director from December 1996 to 31 March, 1997. From 1 April, 1997 he was appointed as a Whole time Director.

Mr. Atul Haridas Mehta VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary

B.Com, F.C.A. and F.C.S.Experience of 42 years in Accounts, Finance, Audit, Secretarial, Legal & Admin., Taxation etc. with various companies in india and abroad. Working with Polychem Limited for last 31 years in various capacity. At present VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary and is responsible for the Company's secretarial,finance, legal,taxation and other corporate matters and carries out duties as instructed from time to time by the Board of Directors. 63 Years old.

Mr. T. R. Kilachand, Director of Company

The Chairman and Managing Director of our company since Feb 1, 1995, he was the Managing Director from Aug 19, 1986 till 1995. He holds B.A. in History and Law from Cambridge University and M.B.A from Harvard Business School. With over 43 years of industry experience in management and implementation of projects, he holds the distinction of being the Director Chairman of various companies, and is associated with numerous charitable trusts. Also, he has been the President of Indian Merchant’s Chamber and was associated with several Chambers of Commerce in varying capacities.

Mr. Parthiv Tanil Kilachand, Whole-time Director

He is presently the Whole-time Director of the company (since April 1, 1997), and has held the following positions in our organization:

• Project Officer from November 1, 1988
• Project Executive from October 1, 1990
• Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from July 2, 1993
• Director from December 1996 – March 31, 1997

He has been associated with the company in varying capacities and looked after diverse aspects during since tenure in 1988. He possesses a sound educational background, with Sc. B. Electrical Engineering and B. A. Engineering & Economics from Brown University, USA.

Mr. Atul Haridas Mehta, VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary

He has spent 42 years of his 63 years as a leading professional in the fields of accounts, finance, audit, secretarial, legal, administration and taxation in India as well as abroad. Currently the VP – Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, he has been with us for more than three decades. Presently, he is responsible for the secretarial, financial, legal, taxation and other corporate matters of our organization, as per the directives of the Board of Directors.

We are manufacturers of polymers & co-polymers, which are formulated from styrene, divinyl benzene, acrylic acid and acrylates. The suspension polymerization route and emulsion polymerization route are used by our professionals to develop the range according to the highest norms. These are extensively used in companies based in paper and pharmaceutical industries across the world.
