Our PFA / FEP / PVDF lined Ball Valves also known as Globe Valves and manufactured using superior quality raw materials to meet quality standards set by BS, ASA and DIN. These ball valves are used in many industries like Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Food Processing.
Our range of ball valves are available in two designs that include:
Two Piece Lined Ball Valves
The two piece ball valves have short lengths and confirm to BS 5351 short pattern. The stem is an integral part of the ball in such designs. Hence, in case of excessive torque, the lining is prevented from the shear. The flanges are designed keeping in mind the clients specifications or according to the ANSI B 16.5 standards.
We use high quality polyurethane paint to make the Polycoat Valves resistant to corrosion. We also offer customization facility in construction materials.
Three piece PFA, FEP, PVDF Lined Ball Valves
Our three piece Ball Valves are available in classic design and confirm to BS 5351, long pattern. In this type the stem is not an integral part of the ball thereby increasing the chances of the lining getting sheared in case of excessive torque.

The valves are designed and manufactured to have optimal mix of structural stability, flow efficiency and effective seating coupled with advantage of light weight, compact design and ease of operation.
The valves are provided with integrally moulded elastomer body liner for perfect seating and complete isolation of body material from fluid media. No gaskets are required as the body liner effects a perfect seal between the valve body and the mating pipe flanges.
The valves are designed using Finite Element Methods.
Poly coats Butterfly Valves conform to BS:5155, IS:13095 and also API 609. It also generally complies with AWWA C-504, International standard ISO 10631 and draft European standard pr EN 593.

Our Teflon PFA / FEP lined pipes are apt for use in industries like petrochemical, pharmaceuticals and food processing and are suitable for highly corrosive chemicals. They are available in different sizes like 25 mm (1'') NB to 300 mm (12'') NB and from 100 mm (4'') to 3000 mm (120''), to meet the demands of various industries. The material used to manufacture these pipes are available in C.S or S.S options as per ASTM A 106 Gr. B. The rating option is as per schedule 40 or 20 (Seamless Pipe).

Our PFA / FEP lined pipe fittings are used in various industries like petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and food processing, where metal tubes do not last longer and plastic pipes can not be used due to high service temperature and mechanical stress. Pipe fittings manufactured by us meet extreme mechanical standards and ca withstand temperature upto 265 degree Celsius ( 509 degree F).
Our wide range of pipe fittings includes:
Reducers :
It is used to connect two lines of unequal sizes and is PFA / FEP lined. It is available in two configurations namely, Concentric Reducer and Eccentric Reducer. Its flanges are drilled to meet ANSI B 16.5.
''T'' Connection:
The PFA / FEP lined TEE or ''T'' Connection is available in two configurations namely, Equal and Unequal. The lining is made available as per the clients specifications and its thickness is of 3mm.
Forty five Degree Elbow
These PFA / FEP coated elbows are resistant to most of the chemicals and are available in a wide range to meet the demands of various industries like petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food processing. It is also available in different sizes ranging in width from 25 mm (1'') NB to 300 mm (12'') NB and length from 100 mm (4'') to 3000 mm (120'')
Ninety Degree Elbow
It is PFA / FEP lined to prevent corrosion and is available in a wide range. Its width ranges from 25 mm (1'') NB to 300 mm (12'') NB and length ranging from 100 mm (4'') to 3000 mm (120'').

We manufacture Y strainer that are suitable for the protection of valves including RPZ/BA valves and pumps on cold or hot systems.
These are also suitable for drinking (wholesome) water applications as well as heating up to 110°C. A drain tap on the cover provides a limited flushing facility. Isolating the upstream supply and opening the drain tap whilst the downstream is pressurised will back flush the strainer. It is strongly recommended that servicing valves are fitted either side of the strainer to facilitate the removal of the stainless steel strainer element.
