Thermal Spray

We are one of the leading names engaged in offering Thermal Spray that helps in depositing layers in microns of special alloy on any surface to achieve desired properties. This technology is extensively used for boiler tube coatings, turbine blade reclamation, rotor surface overlaying, chimney aluminizing and SS coatings on MS surfaces.

ROTOTEC Process: This is for bearing seat and other round surfaces reclamation
SUPERJET Process: This is for depositing layers of desired hardness & properties
CASTODYN Process: This is for depositing carbide and rubber based products. This torch is capable of doing ROTOTEC as well as SUPERJET processes
TAFA/HVOF ARC Spray: This is unique delivery process in which job temperatures does not exceed
60-70 deg c while depositing material or alloy of desired properties. The depositing material may be a metal, an alloy or a ceramic
