PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING 

• Castings, Steels, Bearings, Electrical Goods will be procured from the market.
• Machining i.e. Planning, Turning, Grinding, Teeth Cutting, Keyway Milling, etc. will be done in house.
• After wards Hand Scrapping, Blue Matching of guide ways of Arm, Working surface of Base & Table will be done in house.
• Fitting works & Assembling i.e. Keys fitting on Shaft, Reaming work. Assembling works will be done in house. painting of Machine & its Components will be done in house.
• At last inspection of the machine as well as working trial will be done at our works only.
