Infrastructure

We have a modern versatile plant located at Dholka near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India with following facilities: Four state of art Extruders ZSK-92mm twin screw extruder from Germany 150 mm single screw extruder from UK ±-50 mm Twin Screw Extruder from India (2 NOS) Two kneaders of 100-150 liters capacity Computerized automation systems from start to finish stages Highly protected pressurized process environment temperature and humidity control features Contamination free production to enhanced storage life

We have well equipped R&D cell established with guidelines/technical collaborations of AEI Compounds U.K. Our Lab is equipped with most sophisticated equipment's which includes DSC and TGA, Brandbender, Plasticorder, Betol Tape Extrusion Equipment and Microwatcher system, karl Fisher and other mechanical and electrical testing equipment

Each batch of our finished goods is subjected to a series to stringent tests right from raw material and in process quality and finished stage testing to ensure to get the best world class standard guaranteed product
