• LK SEAL 100: LK-SEAL 100 is a unique formulation based on functionally modified silicone fluid. It is room temperature moisture curable reactive silicone with a built-in catalyst. It imparts excellent water repellency to concrete surface.
• LK AQUASEAL 40: Aquaseal 40 is a water-compatible product of alkali methyl siliconate. The product is designed to impart durable water repellency in construction industry.
• LK SEAL 200: LK-SEAL 200 is a unique formulation based on functionally modified silicone fluid. It is room temperature moisture curable reactive silicone with a built-in catalyst. It imparts excellent water repellency to concrete surface.
• LK SEAL 500: K-SEAL 500 is a highly concentrate, unique formulation based on functionally modified silicone resin. It is room temperature moisture curable reactive silicone with a built-in catalyst. It imparts excellent crack filler for Concrete surface.

We design & develop suitable corrugated fiber board boxes & supports as per the requirement of the product to be packed. The transport, handling and weather-proof packaging boxes are made to suit & sustain all types of shocks & provide perfect cushioning. The boxes are being made from fine grade of paper with 3 ply to 9 ply in different densities (GSM). We also make duplex boxes for various applications.

EPE Foam (Expanded Polyethylene Foam), is a closed cell extruded non cross linked foam made from low density polyethylene as a base material with LPG as the blowing agent. EPE foam is a versatile & unique product, which is very ideal as cushion packaging. Our EPE foam is available in standard forms of rolls & planks. Salient Features:

Fibre glass wool Insulation products are made of fine, long inorganic glass fibers bonded by high temperature resin and is widely recognized for its energy conserving and sound insulating properties. Fibre glass insulation is used with great success in the process, building and air conditioning industries. Characteristics of Glass wool are:

• Temperature Range: Suitable for applications from -195 to 230o C and for special applications up to 450o C Chemical stability. Chemically inert.
• Fire safety…Is in accordance with BS 476 Part 4,1970
• Biological.it is inorganic.
• Moisture Content Less tan 2% in accordance with BS 2972
• Water absorption Less than 2% in accordance with BS 2972
• The glass wool is available in roll form 1.2 mtr wide & densities of 16, 24, 32, 48 & 64 kgs/m3.

Our insulation material range includes:

• Thermocole (EPS) white coloured sheets (IS 4671) These are available from 5 mm to 250 mm thickness and 1 mtr x 1/2 mtr & 1mtr.x 1 mtr size sheets. The densities can also be supplied from 15 kg/M3 to 22 kg/M3.
• Thermocole( EPS) white coloured pipe sections (IS 4671) The pipe sections are available in 1mtr length & the inside section from 25 mm to 325 mm and outer thickness from 25 mm to 100 mm. These can be supplied from the density of 15 kg/M3 to 22 kg/ M3.
Polyurethane foam (PU Foam Rigid) sheets These are available from 10 mm to 500 mm thickness and size of 1 mtr X ½ mtr size. The density would be 36+/- 4kg/M3.Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam Rigid) Pipe Sections
• These are available in 1 mtr. length to suit for 15 mm NB to 250 mm NB and the thickness from 25 mm to 325 mm. The density would be 36 +/- 4 kg/M3. We also offer PU pipe supports of various shapes & densities. The PU Foam sheets & Pipe sections are also available with aluminum foil lamination.
• Elastomeric nitrile insulation foam
This material is designed for thermal insulation. It is available in black colour.
• They are available in sheets of different thickness & densities. The extruded flexible tubing is specially designed to fit the standard diameters of steel & copper pipings. Expanded closed cell structure provides an efficient vapor barrier for the prevention of condensation or frost formation in cooling systems, chilled water & refrigeration lines. It reduces heat loss for hot water plumbing & heating, dual temperature piping & solar systems. It also protects pipes against corrosion & acts as a vibration damper.

The P.P. reusable packing boxes & trays are made from polypropylene plastic which is extruded in hollow profile. Vertical ribs connect the two flat walls. It is available in different colors & densities. Salient Features:

However, for small quantities, Polymark has designed & developed a unique manufacturing process, which does not require any expensive mold, rather 3-dimensional cavities of any size & shape are made to pack variety of products.
