| Automotive & Industrial Filters | | We offer a wide range of automotive filters and industrial filters
that are manufactured by using high grade raw material as per the client
requirements and are suitable for various industrial applications. Our range is
efficient in performance and prevents costly repairs of engines that arise due
to contaminants & dirt. These are offered in different size of filter
cartridge that ranges from small size gasoline filter cartridges to cartridges
for diesel locomotives and air &oil filter cartridges. Our range is
available as the following:
- Automotive
Filters: These are made with prime objective of improving the efficiency,
performance and working life of automotive engines. These are available in
different specifications and are used as lube, fuel and crankcase
ventilation. Furthermore, these covers almost all the spectrum of Indian
vehicle filters and are too provided in the spare market for local
customer's requirement.
- Gas
Turbine Filters: Gas turbine offered by us work with precision in their specified
application and is well known for their quality, performance, utility and
can work in humid condition. These are fabricated by using high grade impregnated
cellulose or synthetic blend filter media for creating mechanical pleat
separators as well as maintaining an equal space between two pleats. Our
range covers all space cartridges equivalent to Donaldson, pneumafil, AAF,
del berg and farr. Other gas
turbine air intake filters include a complete line of pre and fine static
panel type filters in various sizes and specifications as required by the
customers. These are designed as per the ASHRAE, BS, ARAMCO, standards and
are appreciated in the wide competitive market.
- Locomotive
Filters: These are basically fabricated fro various locomotive
applications such as Indian Railways. These are designed under the
guidance of RDSO & DLW and Inertial Engine Air Intake Filtration
System The various applications for which, our locomotive filters have
found usage include pre-filtration of engine combustion air, filtration of
cooling air, machine room and oil coolers

| HVAC Filters and Clean Room Filters | | HVAC Filters & Clean Room Filters offered by us are suitable for
air intake and the exhaust systems in different applications, such as
commercial air-conditioning & ventilation, critical working places like
hospital operation theaters. These are also suitable as air purifiers, to
control odor problems and common indoor air pollutants at high flow velocity.
Our range of HVAC & clean room filters are available in diverse
specifications and capacities to fulfill user specific requirements. While
manufacturing these filters we assure that these are as per the quality
standards BS, ASHRAE and market demands. We offer them in various forms such as
HEPA filters, ICROVEE filter and Pre Filter. HEPA filters are used for removing
the percentage of biological and particulate materials from the air, with
relatively low-pressure drop and energy consumption. These filters are
available in the range of 2 micron to 0.3 micron and their applications vary
from commercial air conditioning and ventilation to critical requirements in
clean room, hospital operation theatre and electronic industries and more.

as an air, fuel, oil and hydraulic filter media and are available under the
brand name of Polypa. Our range is available in jumbo rolls, slit reels,
perforated rolls and specialized pleated blocks. These are also offered with
resol, novolac, acrylic, PVA and melamine resins. We fabricate our range of
filter paper rolls as per the needs of GSM ranges from 80 to 300 and air
porosity from 16 to 1600 L/S/m2. We too provide an impregnated paper in reels
in maximum deckles of 1,250 mm with any slit size combination to suit the
specific requirements.
