Polypharm's facilities are located within the Mumbai Metropolitan region. Its head office is located in Mumbai city.

The main manufacturing facility spanning about 3 acres is situated in MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation) Industrial Area, Saravali, Kalyan Bhiwandi Road. There is also an accounts and administrative office in Thane (W).

Polypharm has a comprehensive manufacturing facility with separate buildings for acids, solvents and other chemicals. Its laboratories are fully equipped for quality control and are approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Maharashtra.

Polypharm has a team of team of highly experienced qualified chemists approved by FDA for manufacture, quality control and analytical work.
