Incepted in the year 1992, Poly Products Nashik is one of the leading names amongst the manufacturers and exporters of various fruits packaging material. These include Fruit Bags, Packaging Foils, Grapes Bags, Polyethylene Foam Pads, Pe Foam Pads, Eva Films, Banana Bags, Gluing Foil, Bunch Bags, Vacuum Bags, Fruit Liner and many more. These are used in industrial and consumer packaging of various agro produced fruits & vegetables. Based at Nashik, Maharashtra (India), we are successfully catering the requirements of various industries based in all over India. To properly cater their requirements and meeting the deadlines, we have 2 technologically advanced manufacturing units. With the installed capacity 55 meters of our units, we are capable of completing the bulk orders within the stipulated time frame.

We are continuously progressing under the able guidance of our owner and mentor Mr. Vijay Bodke. Capitalizing on his 24 years of experience in the industry, we have been able to carve a niche for ourselves in the domain. We have 2 state of the art manufacturing units that enable us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients with the stipulated time frame. Spread over an area of 6500 Sq. feet & 100 sq. meters, our unit has all the necessary machines to facilitate the manufacturing process. With the installed capacity of 55 meters, our unit is equipped with all the latest machines and instruments. Some the machines that we use in are unit are as follows:

• Side Weld Machines

With the above machines and equipments, we also have an in-house design unit along with CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development.

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of packaging material such as grapes bunch bags, perishable fruits liners, PE foam pads, gluing foils and EVA films. To ensure their safety, we provide complete packaging facility. Our safety packaging methods ensures that there are no damages during transit of the consignment. We use qualitative polythene bags to safely pack our packaging material. To pack bulk orders, we use corrugated boxes and cartons. This ensures their safe and damage free transit to their destination. Moreover, we also offer customized packaging solution to meet the specific requirement of the clients.

We provide utmost importance to quality and ensure that our manufacturing process is carried out according to international standards. We follow total quality management in our organization, to assure our clients regarding the quality of our grapes bunch bags, perishable fruits liners, post harvest vacuum bags, PE foam pads, and gluing foils.
