Plaster admixture (QUAPLAST) is an admixture for plaster which reduces cogulation of cement thus reduces the chances of cracks in plaster. It has good plasticizing properties, makes cement cohesive and prevents segregation. It is used for all types of plasters requiring water impermeability.

Advantage :

• Makes cement impermeable, thereby resisting frost and preventing efflorescence.
• Improves plasticity of cement, hence easy processing and preventing segregation.
• Saves up to 10 % - 15 % water, increases the strength of the surface.
• Easily soluble in water with a homogenous mix.

Dosage :

QUAPLAST is ideal for, external & internal plasters.0.3% to 0.4 % of QUAPLAST by weight to be mixed with cement or 150 ml to 200 ml. of QUAPLAST per 50 kg. Bag of cement is to be used.

• Mix 150 ml. to 300 ml. Per 50 kgs. Bag of cement.
• Optimum dosage is 200 ml per bag of cement.
• Mix QUAPLAST directly into the gauging water.
• Where mixing with gauging water is not possible it should be poured on aggregate in the feeder.
• DO NOT ADD QUAPLAST DIRECTLY TO THE CEMENT.

Safety :

QUAPLAST is safe, non-toxic, and eco-friendly and presents no health hazard. As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles.

• Inhalation : Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. Symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, and shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift victim to fresh air, and, if needed immediately start artificial respiration.

• Eye Contact : Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help.

• Ingestions : Causes nausea, vomiting, and loss of consciousness. If accidentally swallowed do not Induce

Storage :

• Minimum 18 months in unopened container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30ºC.

Packing :

• QUAPLAST is packaged in 20 ltr containers.
