The Process:

Rotational molding process is different from plastics processes where heat is prime & crucial factor.

• Firstly the mold is loaded with the raw material in resin form
• The loaded mold is then shifted in to hot air oven where it is oriented and rotated at suitable low speed
• After that it adheres to the mold’s inner surface until completely fused
• Then the mold is moved to the air, water or both to slowly reduce the temperature when it is in rotating mode
• Finally, the mold is dismantled to get the finished molded article & then again reloaded for next cyclic process

STATION-I (Straight)

According to space and size of product, one straight arm can mount multi quantity mould. for long lasting trouble free working it is provided with sturdy structure. Besides, for low power consumption it is installed with AC variable drive motors.

STATION-II (L Type)

Depending on space and size of product one L type arm can mound big size product. AC variable drive motor is given for less power consumption.

CONTROL

Both the stations are provided with AC variable drive. Further, speed can also be controlled accordingly. 2 layers 3 layers can be operated without opening the door. It is equipped with timer for auto reverse / forward, heat control and separate temperature controller. Besides, the main panel is provided with separate operator panel.
