Powder sieve can be used for fresh & reclaimed powder. It uses a vibrating screen to separate powder particles by its size. Powder particles passing through the screen are deposited in to the feed hopper, fluidized and pumped to spray system. Electric vibrator motor ensures low noise & low power consumption.

• In automatic systems the recycled powder collected from the cyclone separator is transferred to a vibrating powder siever, there it separates the dust from powder.

• The sieved powder is dropped in to the powder hopper and mix with the virgin powder. The whole process is monitored by powder level sensors and the PLC system.

• Two different Hoppers are provided for circulated & fresh powder. Touch Screen operation, Automatic fresh powder supply with level monitoring, automatic level maintaining & lense movement.
