Aluminum alloys are healed to get aged in an oven. B) this ageing process ihe aluminum profiles acquire the best mechanical properties and quality. To have better quality and unilorm strength, the profiles are to be heated in an oven at uniform temperature at specified time. We specialized in the manufacture of best quality ageing ovens. We use specially designed LPG fired, indirect heated ovens which provides uniform heating through out the process cycle. We can provide any size oven with optional auto door and trolley movement mechanism.

In switch gear/ transformer industries, the transformer coils are impregnated with vanish or potting compounds and then cured at elevated temperature to cure the filled compounds. We manufacture special ovens for this purpose with either electrical or LPG heating systems as per customer requirement.

In the rubber ball manufacturing process, the rubber elastomer is packed in dies with thermo-volatile material at the core and is curing at I60'c in air circulated oven. During the curing process the rubber material polymerised with a pressure filled vapour core. We manufacture specialized conveyorised automatic rubber ball curing ovens, which uses LPG as heating medium.
