Narayanan was employed with some of the leading hospitals across india before setting up his own practice. His professional experience includes:

Medical college, ahmedabad from october 1993 to april 1997 senior resident in medicine at jipmer hospital, pondicherry from june 1997 to january 1998 resident in nephrology at ikdrc, ahmedabad from january 1998 to january 2001. Specialist in nephrology at health services, government general hospital, pondicherry from february 2001 to august 2003
director and consultant nephrologist from september 2003 to october 2008 at kidney centre, pondicherry. Dr. Narayanan is also the founder trustee of pondicherry kidney foundation. Mr. K madavane, director, is an it industry veteran with about eighteen years of experience in managing and running incumbent it support units/ teams within large it mnc organizations. Mr. Madavane is a b. Tech in electronics and communications from pondicherry engineering and has completed pgdbm (mba) in marketing from symbiosis, pune university. He is also a certified iso internal auditor with technical certifications including mcse and ccna. He is trained in customer service and project management. Further mr. Madavane is a certified bullet proof manager (on soft skills), by crestcom international. An effective leader, mr, madavane has excellent project management and delivery management skills other than being able to lead teams across multiple locations to perform and deliver at peak productivity. Prior to joining pondicherry medical mission, madavane has worked in different multinational organizations including spi technologies (bpo), hexaware technologies (cmmi level 5), scm microsystems and shuttle technology. Mr. Madavane is in-charge of the day-to-day operations of the hospital and is also a strategic advisor to pmm. |
