Most of the engineering units in north were dependent for Steel Slitting process facilities located in far off places and as such we were encouraged by some of these companies to set up the Steel processing facility locally and with their support we entered into this business. In Steel Slitting we have achieved the explicit distinction of Slitting the material with minimum scrap wastage of 0.5 mm on each side and within tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm. We specialize in steel slitting and have won a distinguished position by slitting the steel with minimum scrap wastage of 0.5 mm on each side and within tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm. We have the capability of slitting small runs as well as large.

We efficiently cater to lamination requirements of our clients with the help of high speed presses of 100 ton, 160 ton and 200 ton for lamination punching that we have installed at our production unit. Along with punching of loose lamination we also have the capability to produce interlocked cores.

We have installed a Semi Continuous Decarb Annealing Furnace (Decarb Annealing Process) under the name and style of POOJA DECARB (P) LTD with a installed capacity of 200 M.T. per month for Decarb Annealing and Bluing of Semi Processed Steel and thus converting the same into Electrical grade material suitable for Electrical Stampings. Under this Process the Stampings pass through different chambers which are electrically heated having positive atmosphere so as to reduce the Carbon% and develop a uniform Grain Structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material.
