About Us

Established in 2001, we Pooja engineering works are a well known concern. We are a leading SSI unit engaged with manufacturing and domestic supply of engineering components. Our company produces jigs & fixtures, moulds & dies, plastic injection dies, press tools, CNC turning service, boring service and many more. As a manufacturer and domestic supplier we are ardently working to satisfy all the demand of our clients. Providing our clients with excellent services, is our first aim. Our concern has been a fast growing establishment since the beginning. We are using highly efficient workforce along with modern equipment and tools. We have been introducing latest technology at every stage of production. Quality Check

We pay utmost importance to the quality checking of our products. Our company conducts performance test to assure the quality of products. During production process, particular gauges are used which are constantly monitored. We give confirmation to our products only when we are assured with all the tests. Superior quality raw material such as ms, em8, em19 and hot die metal are used to produce efficient end products. We ensure complete safety prone engineering accessories to our clients.


Quality Testing

Special attention is paid at every stage of production so as to make fine and long lasting range equipment. Our products are made keeping in mind they are completely damage proof and highly efficient. We conduct various tests such as Millipore Test in components and surface finish conducted in TMC Lab, Akurdi. We maintain our quality by using the following instruments:
  • Surface plate : 1000 X 630 X 2 qty
  • Vernier calipers : 0-200 mm; X 3 qty
  • Micro meter : 0-25 mm; 25-50 mm; 50-75 mm; 75 mm; 100 mm;
  • Feller Gauge : 0.05 - 1.00 mm
  • Torque Wrench : 14 -68 NM (2-Nm) X 1 qty
  • Thread Gauge : M10;M14;M8; 3/8 X 24 UNF; M22 X 2qty
  • Radius Gauge : R 1-7 mm X 2qty
  • Height Gauge : R 0-300 mm 1 qty
  • Digital Vernier : 0-300 mm; 1qty
These instruments are checked regularly and their history is also maintained everyday.


Manufacturing Facility

We are using a capacious area of 1500 sq ft for our production processes. We use all modern machinery such as milling machine, lathe, drilling, cnc turning, bending and many more. We take latest technology into our account while manufacturing the welding products. Our company is well equipped with a state of art infrastructure. Our production work takes place in an advanced manufacturing plant well furnished with all sorts of facilities.


Team

Our workforce comprises of an excellent technical personnel. We have a team of 25 professionals. With hundred percent cooperation and commitment towards the concern we have been a very successful team so far. Each teammate takes hard core initiative towards the establishment adhering to all the principles of the company. The staff has been working hard to manufacture the best material with full customization for our clients.
