We are leading manufacturers and designers of jig fixtures, drilling fixtures, CNC and VMC milling fixtures. Jig Boring Works
We have also specialized in jig boring job for accurately enlarging the existing holes and making their diameters highly accurate. Jig boring can also maintain high accuracy between multiple holes or holes and surfaces. Some jig boring machines are designed to machine holes with the tightest tolerances possible with a machine tool.

CNC Milling Works
We also provided CNC milling services for the complex shaping of metal and other solid materials. Its basic form is that of a rotating cutter or endmill which rotates about the spindle axis (similar to a drill) and a movable table to which the workpiece is affixed. That is to say, the cutting tool generally remains stationary (except for its rotation) while the workpiece moves to accomplish the cutting action. Milling machines may be operated manually or under computer numerical control (see CNC).Milling machines can perform a vast number of complex operations, such as slot cutting, planing, drilling, rebating, routing, etc. Cutting fluid is often pumped to the cutting site to cool and lubricate the cut and to sluice away the resulting swarf.

CNC Drilling Services
We use the electro mechano range of drilling machines and unit heads which have stood the test of time and still perform efficiently and reliably. Originally, machines were sold into the circuit board manufacturing industry as well as general engineering and the heads were either operated manually or fed with air/hydraulic cylinders. CNC has now taken over for most applications although the original technology still has its part to play for simple, less demanding applications. Areas of particular expertise are pattern hole drilling in plates with multi-head machines to increase production, tube drilling with complex tapers and hole patterns and angled holes in a variety of parts.
