Our robust infrastructure occupies a wide area of more than 5000 square feet and is well equipped with the latest engineering machineries and advanced technology. Our manufacturing unit undertakes the following function:

The materials are handled manually and using crane when components are delivered in abundance. We administer an externally sourced painting facility and have several machines for conducting the surface treatment of our product range. The functions we perform are aided with advanced machinery, some of which includes:
Grinding machine
Plate cutting machine
Bending and molding machine
We have an in-house CAD/CAM facility and are backed by an excellent warehousing facility where the products are properly stored and supervised before despatch. |

Providing quality products has always been our primary concern. We ensure the procurement of quality components used in assembling the final product that undergoes routine tests as per ISO: 9920 / ISO 9921 carried out at our works. All procured products are carefully inspected and supervised on the grounds of painting, sheet metal, corrosion and durability. In addition to the above mentioned factors the final inspection of the product is also tested on the following parameters:

Our R&D unit is indispensable to our organization. The department is led by a team of experts on whose accounts our products are crafted and marketed.
