• Head stock : Specially designed head stock, induction hardened and ground spindle of special alloy steel; well balanced centrifugal running parts, back gears teeth are Helix Angle
• Gear box : Gear box arrangement for real time saving equipment, quick change gear box provides changes of feeds & threads, separate lead screw & feed shaft for threading pitch accuracy
• Apron: Totally enclosed in oil bath system, lever type arrangement for automatic feeds, T-slot on carriage for mounting special features

• Head Stock: Four step cone – pulley type head stock are provided with Phosphorus Bronze Bearing, Nickle Carbon Steel – spindle hardened and ground finished, hob cut back gears for low Speed, capillary action lubricating system is provided with totally enclosed covers on oil ditch and gears
• Apron: Double wall oil bath type designed with independent drive motion for feeds and screw cutting with interlocking arrangements, worm and worm gear is used to engage auto feed for surfacing and sliding, gun metal bush is fitted on worm to decrease wear and tear
