Incepted in 1962 by late Shri Shantilal Singapuri with the vision to make a remarkable position in the market, we have gone from strength to strength. The baton was passed on to the young and dynamic Manoj Singapuri after the demise of our founder Late Shri Shantilal Singapuri in 1983.

46 years after the first stone was layed, we are today one of the largest and reputed manufacturers of Braided Tapes, Cords, Laces & Trims in India.

Our Group

Late Shri Shantilal Singapuri established the first company POPBROS INDUSTRIES in 1962. After his sad demise in 1983, baton passed on to the young Manoj Singapuri, who continued to expand the parent company, and also started diversifying into marketing of core competency products like Yarns & Ropes. Today our Group comprises of two more firms which ensure marketing of related products in South Gujarat region:

Dealers of Polyester & PPMF Yarns catering to the fast growing Narrow Fabrics industry, representing leaders in the field : Filatex India Ltd; Garware Wall Ropes Ltd and GSFC (Fibre Unit).
