31 the apparatus consists of brass sleeve and case, metal cup,

a glass boiling tube, cock fitted to a bath and a 600 ml. Beaker.

The assembly is kept on a heater with energy regulator

control, stand and a F. H.P. electric stirrer.

As per IP 132 the unit comprises of a glass beaker with fibre

cover, glass test tube with three indentations, chromium

plated brass cup, cork for tube and a 1.5 mm. diameter

brass rod. The assembly is kept on a heater with energy

regulator, stand and a F. H.P. electric stirrer as per IP 31.

It is made as per IP 13 and ASTMD – 189

specifications. It is useful to determine amount of

carbon and residue when oil is evaporated under

specified conditions of crude oil etc. and are useful in

the manufacture of various lubricants .The apparatus

consists of spun sheet iron crucible 25 cc. Capacity,

sheet iron hood, sheet iron block on stand with

triangular wire and a gas burner. Single test

apparatus.

We manufacture the product at par with IP 33 and IP 170 also IS 1448 (Part I) 1985 (P: 20) standards. Abels Flash Point Apparatus is ideal for use for determining the close cup flash point of petroleum and mixtures. It is also used for oil whose flash temperature is below 70 C. An Electric Heater is fitted at bottom for operation.

We are involved in manufacturing and exporting Drop Point Of Grease Apparatuses, which are as per IP 31. These comprise brass sleeve and case along with metal cup. Additionally, these also consist of a glass boiling tube with a cork fitted to bath and 600ml beaker. The assembly is kept on a heater that is with energy regulator control and it stand with F.H.P. elect stirrer.

The ones as per IP 132 consist of a glass beaker with fiber cover and a glass test tube, which is with three indentations so as to receive chromium plated brass cup. Along with this, these also comprise cork for tube and brass rod with 1.5 mm diameter. The assembly is kept on the heater with energy regulator standing with F.H.P motor stirrer.
