DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

» Control Panels, Safety Panels & Protection Systems
We are engaged in designing, manufacturing and installing Control Panels, Safety Panels & Protection Systems for main engines and generating sets used for marine and defence systems. Certifying conforming to DNV, ABS, IRS, LRS, CQAE norms.

» Audio Visual Alarm Panels
Our core competency lies in manufacturing Audio Visual Alarm Panels for engine safety. These panels have found their application in main propulsion engines, diesel generating sets & fire fighting pumps. The number of alarms and trips can be customized to meet the customers requirement. These panels come with a special feature of repeat alarm logic for faults. Even if one fault is active and the other fault occurs, alarm will be sounded for the other fault with the indication.

Available in the following types, these Audio Visual Alarm Panels are designed, developed, manufactured and installed by our engineers.

Type I : Conventional Panel
Features

• Uses Microcontroller based control cards developed specially by our Engineers.
• Analog type sensors.
• Transmitters are directly connected to the control card of the Panel.
• Instrumentation of various parameters generated from the same transmitter.
• Analog gauges to display the various parameters.
• Different transmitters and switches to generate alarm and trip faults.
• Indicating Lamps / Annunciation windows for fault indications.
• All the alarms and trips have separate indication.

Type III : PLC base Panel
Features

• Control system based on modular PLC with an Operator panel (HMI)
• Analog sensors
• Transmitters directly connected to PLC in Panel
• Instrumentation of various parameters generated from same transmitters
• All parameters and faults displayed on the HMI
• Events can be logged in the panel
• Different transmitters and switches to generate alarm and trip faults.
• Advanced data logging and trending of parameters

» Resistive & Inductive Load Banks
We also manufacture Resistive & Inductive Load Banks of various capacities for load testing of Generating Sets and undertake installation, interconnection & commissioning jobS for Marine Audio Visual alarm panels at Shipyards.

» Diesel Engine Protection Panel
We design and manufacture superior quality Diesel Engine Protection Panel for Diesel Electrical Multiple Units (DEMU) used widely by the Indian Railways through Cummins India Ltd. Our Development Project of Loco Load Control (LCC) unit for Main Power Pack is also used by the Railways. Certifying agencies are IRS, ABS, DNV, CQAE, MMD.

» Main Switch Boards
We undertake the supply & installation of Main Switch Boards used for varied Industrial Applications. We also manufacture optimum quality Standard, AMF and synchronizing panels for Generating Sets.

• Supply of Audio Visual Alarm & Protection panel for Advance Offshore Patrol Vessel of Coast Guard -CGS Sarojini Naidu.
• Supply of Instrumentation, Audio Visual Alarm & Protection panel for Extra Fast Patrol Vessels of Coast Guard being built at Goa Shipyard.
• Supply of Audio Visual Alarm & Protection panel for Advance Offshore Patrol Vessel of Coast Guard being built at Goa Shipyard.
• Supply and commissioning of Instrumentation, Audio Visual Alarm Panels and Remote Control Panels for Main Propulsion engines of 25 Ton Bollard Pull Tugs built at Tebma Shipyard for Indian Navy.
