  Harmonic Filter

We manufacture and provide harmonic filters which as the name imply filters harmonic waves. Harmonics are sinusoidal wave forms with frequency multiples of fundamental frequency. Such frequency is formed by equipment using frequency conversion technology and also due to power drawing pattern of non- linker loads. Some sources of harmonic filters include the following:

Harmonic filters are manufactured using reactors and capacitors, ideally detuned. Our range is ideal when distortion is 15 to 40 %.

  PC Harmonic Filter

PC Harmonic Filter


We offer harmonic filters which are widely used for personal computers. As PCs use non-linear current which is not in linear relation with voltage applied. When a sinusoidal voltage is applied, an ideal linear load should draw sinusoidal current. PC draws current for a very short period during every half cycle.
 
Due to harmonics utility of the power source is reduced, lot of power is wasted and problems like neutral over heating, high neutral to ground voltage, nuisance operation of trip circuits and harmonic interference arises.   Constant Voltage Transformer

Constant Voltage Transformer
We manufacture and provide optimum quality constant voltage transformers (CVT) in which the AC mains powers the input winding, which in turn is widely separated physically from the isolated output winding. Very moderate flux linkage levels are maintained in input winding running. The output winding has an intrinsic energy storage characteristic. This characteristic operates in conjunction with mains capacitor to produce self-generated AC flux field with is indirectly excited from the input winding. Some of the salient features of our CVT include the following:
  • Limiting of Intense current and protection short circuit
  • Energy storage for line lose up to main 3ms at typical load

  AC Reactor

Our AC reactors are used for AC drive. Manufactured using latest technology our reactors are installed in the output end of the converter for restraining the capacitive charge current of the cable that connects the converter and the electric machine and for passivating the voltage climbing of the PWM wave.
