Our Manufacturing Facility
Considering the importance of a well built infrastructure, we have developed a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit to undertake the manufacturing of hydraulic hoses, fittings, bellows, couplings and other products. Our manufacturing unit is segregated into different sections that comprise fabrication shop, assembly shop, general machine shop and others to streamlining the manufacturing process and meet the large scale consignment in a stipulated time frame. Covering a sprawling area, our unit is well-equipped with the requisite machines and equipment that consists of the following:
- Welding
- Cutting
- Grinding
- Lathe
Further, we regularly calibrate the machines installed in a regular basis to carry smooth production. |

requirement of out clients. Our strict adherence with various international
standards enables us to offer technologically advance range. We integrate

features of our assortment. Manned by our quality
inspectors we conduct thorough checking in our testing lab where we use
sophisticated machineries and advance techniques to ascertain various factors.
Our lab has the capacity to test up to 2200 bars and have a pressure testing
machine of 32000 PSI. The tests we conduct are based on the following
parameters:

- Leakage
- Pressure drop
- Corrosion resistance
