These jacks are specially used where space is constraints and this is possible due to the special designs. Especially, for lifting, lowering, bridges, heavy machinery, spreading of structures etc, these jacks are brought into applications as a substitute of other cylinders.

Advantages of these Jacks:
  • For longer sustainability, these jacks are specially designed in flat and compact form by heat treated steel alloy.
  • To prevent corrosion and scoring, the ram of the jacks are plated with chromium.
  • Smooth return is ensured.
  • Very durable seals are present which can resist high pressure.

  • The spring return mechanism is based on single acting.
  • For longer life, high pressure seals are used. To prevent the dirts and other external materials from entering inside the ram, a wiper is fitted in front of the ram. This will further increase the durability of these jacks.

  • The cylinder is edged to a surface finish of 0.4 microns.

  • The lifting of these jacks is easier due to the presence of long lifting handles.
