Quality Standards
We have adopted a well defined quality control program, wherein we follow strict surveillance at every phase of production. In order to assure that our range is free from any defects when it reaches our clients, our qualified and experienced quality controllers check the equipment range at regular intervals during the production process. In addition, we also test each lot manufactured by us and monitor the consignment before their dispatch. The parameters on which we test our range are given below:
• Strength
• Durability
• Load bearing capacity
• Chemical effects
• Hardness
• Corrosion resistance
We also undertake various types of tests for checking our range on the above mentioned parameters. Some of the tests that we conduct include chemical tests, hardness test and load test.
