Outdoor VCB Kiosk receive power inputs through roof Bushings or cable box or from both sources. This appliance can be operated either by electrical or diesel motor and has the in-built CTs/PTs and relays inside the metal enclosure.

Features:

Earthing (Options):

• Earthing through a draw-out earthing truck with solid links on the bus bar/feeder side
• Integral earthing switch, slow closing type or with making capacity

Interlocks:

• Interlocks are provided such that breaker closing is prevented in intermediate position between service & test/isolated positions
• Mechanical castle interlock with upstream/downstream isolators can be provided on request
• Mechanical interlocks to prevent truck racking in/out when breaker is in closed position
• Breaker can be inserted only when control plug & socket position
• Control plug & socket can be removed only in isolated position

We are one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of Vaccum Circuit Breaker. This is operated by manual or motorized spring charged process of potential energy. The in built spring performs the usual electrical operation when the breaker is in non-operational mode. Our vaccum circuit breaker springs can also be manually charged when power supply is interrupted or halted. Total time to charge the breaker's spring is less than 15 seconds. This machine also has electrical anti-pumping feature. The vacuum circuit breakers has the capacity of switching small magnetizing and capacitive currents .

Construction:

We fabricate metal clad Vaccum Circuit Breaker using superior grade steel sheet and latest production technology. Our enterprise manufacture this appliance with strict quality checks to meet the desired specifications as per the international standards. The panels are dust & vermin proof and with degree of protection IP4X as per IS 2147 for indoor panel & IP55 for outdoor VCB Kiosk Panel.

Bus Bar Chamber

The switchgear panel are provided with single/double bus bar configurations with high electrical grade copper/aluminium. The 3 phase Bus bars are supported on strong epoxy insulation are fixed delta configuration which minimized electro mechanical stresses under short circuit conditions. Bus bar are provided with H.T. Sleeve insulation.

Breaking Chambers:

This consists of VCB mounted on a trolley, horizontal draw out type with self aligning type moving contacts. Fixed contacts are covered automatically by movable shutters while drawing out the VCB, to ensure no direct contact with live parts is possible, Thus ensuring the safety of operator.

CT/PT, Cable Chamber

The CT/PT & Cable chamber is located at the rear side of the panel & ready access is available by opening the rear cover with safety weld mesh. It is possible to mount Core balance CTs with in the cubicle.
