Function:

Charger controllers are designed for automation of Battery Charging

in Panel Boards.

Many electrical control systems requires battery back-ups. To keep

these batteries in healthy conditions, it is desirable that a reliable

charging system should e built in.

Charger controllers automatically selects mode of charge- Boost/

Trickle. It protect the charging system from over load, Reverse

Battery Connection.

Function indications and control are on front  panel.

Function:
Reliable Charger is a must for dedicated back up supply source for industrial control devices, starting of DG Sets. Series PABC chargers are having  I C Controlled voltage monitoring circuitry for constant check on battery voltage and automatic selection of mode of charging. Till battery is fully charged, it is under BOOST mode ensuring quick charging . When battery reaches   pre-set voltage, it is shifted to  TRICKLE mode. it has heavy duty-double
wound transformer, Full wave bridge rectifier, over load control, Protection against Battery reverse connection.

Function:
Series PCBC Multi purpose battery chargers are designed for charging battery in  charging stations.
AC supply is stepped downed using heavy duty copper double wound transformer and  rectified with  full wave bridge rectifier. Out put volts and current are selectable  by respective selector switches.
Amp and Volt meters are provided for instant monitoring.  Input AC and out put DC fuses are provided.

Application:
These chargers are most suitable for battery charging shops,
maintenance shops, repair shops etc. where number and  size of batteries may regularly vary.

Function:
POWER HOUSE FCBC are designed to supply continuous power to the DC load and simultaneously charge the batteries connected. Input supply form 415 V. AC 3 Phase or 220 V. AC 1 Ph. is converted to regulate DC. The charger has two independent systems. Normally the DC power is supplied to he load by the Float Charger. It also supplies trickle current to the battery to keep it healthy. If the charging current under Float Mode exceeds a set level, Boost charger is switched ON. It supplies Quick charging current to the battery. On battery reaching the set value, the Boost Charger is switched OFF.

Application:
Float/ Boost chargers are must in Power Substations, Generating Stations, Telephone Exchanges etc. for control / monitoring systems, tripping circuits and supplying DC power source.
