Nurse Call Monitoring System
For health care centers, who care for their patients Power House offers the latest solid state call indication with Digital Display & monitoring system for Hospitals and Nursing Homes. The system is designed with utmost reliability, dependability and safety features in mind. The system will comprise of a) Call Station Board , b) Digital Display board, c) UPS system. Call Station Board Each bed is provided with call station board consisting of Detachable call PUSH (Bed push type)confirmation light and re-set push. The patient can make call form the push switch. On receipt of call at the Digital Display Board, Confirmation Light on the Call Station will be on. The call can only be re-set by the attending nurse from the re-set push provided at the Call Station Board. On attending the call, the confirmation light and the bed number at the monitor will be switched off. If any call remains pending over a set period (say 2 minutes) the particular number will be hi-lighted by Flushing the digit & buzzer installed at the floor in-charge/ matron will be activated. This will help in avoiding any negligence in services. The call monitor console will be installed at the Nurse center. Call received from any bed will be displayed by the respective bed number by 3 digit 7 segment LED display. The system will have its own specially designed UPS. It will be consisting of a SMF type 12 v 7 ah battery, automatic battery charger and allied accessories. One UPS will be able to support up to 6 monitor consoles. It will also have soft tone buzzer which will sound for a brief on receipt of new number. Two pair telephone cable will be required to connect each bed to display board. Queue Management System
Introduction :QMS is specially designed queuing system for effective management of queues in OPDs of hospitals. The system is designed keeping in mind the common problems of handling large number of patients to be attended by a number of Doctors in an OPD. It incorporates advanced technology for data communication, control and display ensuring excellent reliability. Use of the intelligent queue management system provides – · Reduction in work load of hospital staff Effective time management for Doctors · Ensures smooth sequential flow · Convenient & transparent queuing for patients · Clear unambiguous display of current patient number · Easy ticket printing software · Convenient keypad for doctors to call patients · Creates a good environment and enhances the goodwill of the hospital Functional Description :
The hospital may have number of Reception Counter depending of Number of Chambers and regular turnout of patients. Each counter is equipped with Reception Counter Terminal. The system have the flexibility of incorporating slots if more then one Doctors occupies the particular chamber at different time. For example, chamber No. 2 in the morning is occupied by Dr. S Chatterjee, the same chamber is used by Dr. P Banerjee in the afternoon, and in the evening by Dr. T Ganguly, in such a case, each chamber is also provided with slot No. The intending Patient willing to consult any doctor can book his / her appointment at any counter. The receptionist has to insert the Room No and Slot no. of concerned Doctor. On pressing the Print command, the data inserted are send to the Master Controller. The master Controller, process the request for new booking, generates the next Sl. No against each slot and send backs the information to Reception Counter and commends the printer for printing. Format of the Token can be Customized incorporating the Name address, telephone Number and other details of the Hospital, Chamber No. and Slot No. of the doctor, Date of booking, Sl. No. of booking, Now the patient waits for his/her turn in the waiting area in front of the room allotted. Each chamber is provided with a Key Board with LCD display. To call the patients seriously, the Doctor presses next key and the new number is displayed at out side the Chamber or at waiting room. Components :
Reception Counter Terminal & Token Printer The terminal have heavy duty keyboard consisting of 12 keys, (10 keys for Numbers and two function keys) Dual line LCD display, These units are very handy, small in size. There are two type of Terminals i) Terminal with built in thermal printer, for stylish and clear token printing. ii)Terminal attached with with DOT printer for ecumenical running cost. Format of the Token can be Customized incorporating the Name address, telephone Number and other details of the Hospital, Chamber No. and Slot No. of the doctor, Date of booking, Sl. No. of booking, etc. Doctors Chamber Key Board with LCD Display Each chamber is provided with a Key Board with LCD display. It is connected with the Master controller and on issuing of any new token, it up-dates the display with the latest no of booking. This helps the doctor in managing his time effectively and ensuring all the booked patients are consulted. The key board has a master button for calling in the next number, this eliminates punching full Sl. number of token saving time of the doctor. However full key board is provide to call in any emergency patient out of turn by punching in the token No.

Water Level Controller
PWL21P a low cost, reliable, IC based water level controllers. It keep constant watch on the water level and switch ON or OFF the pump motors subject to the availability of water at the reservior and requirement level set at the upper tank.
Working Principle:Series PWL21P is desined to operate with the electrode type to sense the water level. Stainless steel sensors with connector box are installed both at over head tank and reservior.
No dry run of motor and no over flow of water:
Sensors installed in the reservior senses the availability of water in it. The sensors at the overhead tank is present with a level at which the pump is to operate and switch off on reaching upper level. The pump is switched on only if the water is available at the reservior. The system ensures no over flow from the overhead tank and no motor burn out due to dry running. Auto/Manual/OFF Slection: The controller has AUTO/MANUAL/OFF selection switch on the front panel. Under manual mode pump can be switch on manually, if the switch is in centre-Off position,motor remains OFF. this option may be required in emergencies and for cleaning up the electrodes or water tanks.

The controller protects the motor from running at low /high voltage thus saves the motor burnout.
