Fume killer is the trademarked brand name of our electrostatic fume extractor and mist collector systems. These are available in various air suction capacities from 250CMH to upto 100000CMH. Please refer to the details given under fume extractor, welding fume extractor and mist collector.

Our Dustkiller™ dust filtration systems can bring down the dust level by better than 85% when used in a closed room, with or without air conditioning. These come with an air flow capacity of 250CMH, 500 CMH and 1000CMH. These systems can be used to control dust in laboratories, bio labs, metro logy rooms, etc and are attractively priced to meet the requirements of the customers. These work on the electrostatic filtration technique.

Our Dust Collectors use non-woven, polyester fabrics with antistatic properties, as the dust filtration media. These dust bag filters do not use the electrostatic filtration technique but use mechanical filter media . Suction capacities are available from 425 CMH to 15000 CMH as standard. These dust collectors are used for collecting dust from:
• Tool and cutter grinder • Cast iron machining • Buffing • De-burring & similar operations • Chip extraction
These Dust Collectors can be fitted with self-balanced extractor arms of various lengths for added flexibility in capture of dust from generating sources.

Our Mist Collectors marketed under the Fumekiller™ brand name are available in a wide range of suction capacities starting from 500 cu mtrs per hour (CMH) to 8000 cu mtrs per hour (CMH) as standard. These work on the principle of electrostatic filtration and can control all types of mist including oil mist as well as coolant mist. One large capacity equipment may be used for multiple machines for the capture and control of mist. This product is extensively used for removal of mist from specific generating sources such as:
• CNC and non-CNC m/cs • Electro-discharge m/cs • Induction hardening • Spark erosion m/cs • Die-casting fumes, etc
These Mist Collectors can be fitted with self-balanced extractor arms of various lengths for added flexibility in capture of mist from generating sources. Centralised mist collectors can be supplied upto 1,00,000 CMH suction capacity in modular form.

Our self balanced fume extractor arms are used independently or fitted to our Fumekiller™ systems. These self balanced welding fume extractor arms help to position the suction hood of the arm easily, as close as possible to flexible sources of pollution. The fume extractor arms are available in various lengths of reach. The extractor arms may be retrofitted to the Fume killer in most cases .

The welding fume extractors work on the principle of electrostatic filtration and can control all types of welding fumes. One large capacity Fumekiller™ equipment may be used for multiple welding stations for the capture and control of fumes. This product is extensively used for removal of fumes from specific generating sources such as:

These self balanced extractor arms help to position the suction hood of the arm easily, as close as possible to flexible sources of pollution. The arms are available in various lengths of reach. The arms may be retrofitted to the DustBag™ dust collectors in most cases.

We can provide fresh air ventilation systems with dust controlled air supply using electrostatic filters for the capture of atmospheric and generated dust in an enclosed room. The room may be used for mechanical assembly of components. For general purpose dust controlled rooms these systems are very cost effective.

For Clean Room applications, Electrostatic Filter modules are available with air flow capacities of 500 CMH, 2000 CMH, 3000CMH and 4000 CMH per module. These can be stacked together for catering to large air flow requirements and at the same time retain the efficiency of electrostatic filtration. The high voltage power pack can be mounted at a remote location. These modules can be retro-fitted to existing mechanical filter units to improve the filtration efficiency without change in suction fan power requirements. We can provide upto class 100000 dust controlled rooms witout the use of airconditioning or HEPA filters. These filter modules are ideal for use as prefilters for higher than class 1,00,000 clean rooms, saving electricity and extending the life of the terminal HEPA filters by over 3 times.
