Since the year 1996, Powertech Power Controls Private Limited, has made significant contribution to the field of air pollution control with the manufacture of 2-stage electrostatic filtration systems. This technology facilitates effective control of airborne particulates across diverse industrial applications. We manufacture 2-stage electrostatic filtration systems, industrial ventilation system, industrial clean room system, industrial dust filtration system, industrial dust collection system, fume extractor, fume filter, mist collector, electrostatic filter module, fume extractor arm, ventilation system, dust collector, cyclone dust collector, mist eliminator, portable dust collector, dust killer, dust filtration system, clean room system, etc.,under the trademark- Fumekiller™, Dustkiller™, DustBag ™, Filter Modules & the self balanced Fume/Dust Extractor Arm. Our operations are efficiently managed by Mr. Philip Thomas, MD, B.E (Hon) Electronics, B.E (Hon) Electrical, MBA. On the professional front, he has over 15 years of rich industry experience in senior management positions. Our range of pollution control products are suitable for trapping even the minutest particles such as oil smoke, tobacco smoke, cooking oil smell, viruses, carbon black, welding fumes, fine ash and ground talc. Broad application details are as below:
- Electrostatic Filters
- Engineering:
- Removal of oil mist or coolant mist for CNC grinders, lathes, machining centers, etc.
- Capture
of fine powders from graphite, cast iron, Bakelite grinding operations.
Elimination of smoke and fumes from welding, annealing, forging,
electro discharge m/c, soldering , boiler flue exhaust , furnace
