We have introduced to our range precision engineered Butterfly Damper that is virtually leakproof and uses a Rotating Disc principle. This is a special kind of valve that is used for throttling control of air, gas, liquids 'steam & other type of fluids with suspended solids, where leakage is permissible to the extent of 0.002% to 3% of total flow. These dampers can absorb piping stresses and misalignments better & is comparatively lighter in weight with better mechanical & structural properties.

The range of fire damper have been designed & developed to operate in the hazardous application areas, which are vulnerable to fire outbreak. It has an edge over the conventional Fire Damper, as it does not close completely that can endanger the environment. The flap of the Damper is generally kept open with Torsion Arm that is connected to a fuselink. The fuselink melts when the air temperature exceeds the temperature rating. The Damper can be reset by installing a new fuselink.

We are specialized in designing & developing custom built device that are used for heat ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The range of single flap or multi-louvre damper are perfectly suited for regulating the flow of air or gas in both moist as well as dry environmental conditions. The flap of the damper usually closed and it opens up as soon as the temperature rises above the stipulated rate.

A most reliable and leak-proof damper designed by us is the Guillotine damper that is used in flue and duct systems, where positive shut-off isolation is absolutely necessary. It is also used for the purpose of gas cleaning & process equipment isolation in many industries. The Guillotine Damper have a special pin-rack, screw nut & damper-drive system that reduces the probability of blade-dropping and consequent danger. It has no seat cavity, thus there are no chances of entrapment of flux.
