We offer precision engineered coilers, to cater to the needs of varied milling industries. The colers are made of eden-borne type. They form the coils with the coil axis vertical. The designing of the coilers is compact and rugged for long term use. Further the laying pipes are so configured to obtain the out-put coils of perfect shape. The bearings are completely protected against heat radiations and do not wear out easily.
Our range of coilers are available for rod sizes ranging from 5.5 mm to 12 mm and with bar speed up to 40 m/sec. We also offer customized solutions for this product.

Our range of mill stands also includes rolling mill stands. They are designed to cater to long as well as flat products. Our precision engineered mill stands are largely used for fiber bearing and ant friction bearing. These stands have a rugged built to cater to the extreme and harsh milling conditions. These stands are of both open and closed type with easy installation of rolls.

Rolling Mill Stands of all types to cater to long products as well as flat products. Conventional stands in both fibre bearing as well as anti-friction bearing are cost effective. The stands are ruggedly built to cater to the severe mill conditions. The Stands can be both open type & closed type. They are provided roll drafting arrangement, axial adjustments, hydraulic stand clamping and constant pass line features. Hence it can be used for vertical and horizontal configurations.

To meet the rising challenges we have built the pre-stressed stands. These stands are specially designed to maintain the stock sizes. They are available in both 3 high and 2 high configurations. They are available with both closed top and open top type of stands. The closed top is rigid and the open top provides easy changing of rolls.

We also provide the customization of the pre stressed mill stands to suit the milling requirements of the clients.

We manufacture housing less stands to cater to the milling needs of our clients. This range of mills are the best solution for high productive mills. They are efficient and allow easy changing of rolls. This saves time of work and enhances production. The concept of the designing of the mill stands is based on cassette design. The housing mill stands provide easy and efficient working procedures.

We manufacture shears to cater to the needs of varied industrial use. Theses are of the following types:

• Crop & Cobble Shear: Our range of shears include crop and cobble shear. These are mainly used in hot rolling companies to crop the front end or tail end. That is, it is largely used for segmentation and cutting in case of eventualities. They deliver almost accurate cutting results. These shears have clear working options with easy start/stop operation. They are driven with either flywheel mounted pneumatic clutch/ break or direct DC motor driven. The control through the PLC system.

• Cooling Bed Dividing Shear (TMT Shear): We also have cooling bed dividing shear also known as TMT shears. These are largely used to cut lengths of the bars to match the requirements of the clients. They work at a minimum temperature of around 3500 C. these are generally installed after the quenching line and before the entry to the cooling bed. They have an easy start/stop system for simplified operation. The operation of the shear is driven by a DC motor and controlled through a PLC system.

• Rotary Shear: We also supply another shear, also known as rotary shear. This caters to the cropping needs of milling industry. They are efficient in cropping the front, tail as well as to crop the pre-quenched bars during emergency. They have a continuous rotating type function and deliver accurate results. Rotating shears are generally used o trim hot rolling bars.

Our range of products also includes hot saws. These are generally used to cut them into desired lengths by trimming the rear and the front end. The hot saws can be used to cut sections size ranging from 160 to 600mm into beam channel and angle. It can also be used to cut squares or racks of 40 to 250 mm. Our range of hot saws are of two types : pendulum swinging type and of horizontal shift type.

We offer twin channel to cater to the needs of our clients. These are high speed cooling beds which are useful in bar handling. Twin channels are available for bar sizes up to 40 mm in diameter and a stock speed as high as 25 meters per second. This helps in carrying the bar in a closed channel until the material comes to a stand still. After which, it is deposited to the bed below automatically.

This works as an excellent system for bar handling. The carrying of the bar in a closed channel minimizes the risk of accidental hazards. When carrying out high speed rolling the system becomes an absolute necessity.

It has a special design feature which enables it to work in conjunction with breaking pinch roll which aids in minimizing the length of the run -in. Further the working of the twin channel is enhanced by its automated functioning. Which is guided by the discharge of the rods that come from the dividing share.

Our range of equipments also includes precision engineered cooling beds. These are designed to aid the natural cooling of the material. It also aids the cross transfer towards the discharge end. Hence they are extensively used in manufacturing industries to attain easy cooling of materials. They are available with the following types :

• Simple and manual operation
• Available with W channel, stationary platform and run out table.
• Automated rake cooling beds which transfer the material by one pith for every rake movement.

• Pinions: Our precision engineered pinions are used in roughing and intermediate mill trains. They are available 2 Hi/ 3Hi configurations. The pinions are made of hardened and tempered alloy steel. The pinions are also caged in a sturdy fabricated steel housing. It has a durable built which enables it to bear loads resulting due to rolling.
